One of our customer service personal would walk you through our Quick User guide and provide basic training on machine’s operation and functionality. Please have the equipment ready in front of you when you call us (with some monies or coins as applicable). Repair within warranty and after warranty can be done at our Repair center in Honolulu, Hawaii or at one of our authorized dealer’s locations in mainland states.

Purchaser will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from AMROTEC® by contacting us via email – RMA@amrotec.com with your Item serial number, date of purchase, and description of the problem. AMROTEC® service department will reach out to you to perform some troubleshooting steps and if it is determined that issue cannot be resolved over the phone without disassembling the item / machine, then, AMROTEC® will email you RMA form with RMA number to be used to return to item to our Repair center in Hawaii or to one of our authorized Dealer’s service center.
